Your Agama Yoga Colombia Team

Juan Ananda
Juan, the founder of Agama Yoga Colombia teaches traditional Hatha Yoga since 2012. With a background in shamanic traditions and many years of study in India under the guidance of an enlightened tantric master, he brings a rich and diverse perspective to his teaching. Throughout all his spiritual exploration, Juan has consistently returned to the Agama teachings, drawn by their structure, power, and depth. His years of dedicated practice are the foundation of his work today. Juan is a highly experienced practitioner and a natural teacher. His approach is intuitive, grounded, and transformative - offering students a space for real inner growth.

Julia
Julia has been practicing Hatha Yoga since 2010. Over time, her practice evolved beyond the physical and sparked a deep interest in meditation and spiritual exploration. Her spiritual journey first opened through Bhakti Yoga, where she discovered a deeply personal and devotional connection to the divine. Later, her path led her to a local Buddhist monastery, where she spent several years immersed in Dhamma and meditation courses. In 2020, she encountered the teachings of Agama Yoga, which opened a new dimension of understanding for her. In 2022, she completed the 500-hour Teacher Training Course at Agama and has been living and teaching in Thailand ever since. Julia shares yoga with sincerity and depth. Her intention is to serve and support others in experiencing the kind of transformation that profoundly changed her own life.

Stefan
From early adulthood, Stefan was drawn to life’s deeper questions: Who am I? Where am I going? What lies beyond this life? This inner quest led him through diverse spiritual traditions and intensive personal practice, always guided by a search for truth. His journey eventually brought him to Thailand, where he discovered Agama Yoga. The teachings struck a powerful chord, and he committed fully to the path, completing the 500-hour Teacher Training Course in 2015. Since then, he has been teaching and living the yogic lifestyle with unwavering dedication. Stefan’s discipline and depth of practice, especially in the heart chakra, are evident to all who meet him. He teaches with warmth, clarity, and a strong presence — offering both inspiration and compassionate guidance to his students.

Ainur
In 2023, Ainur made a bold life change — she left her job and traveled to Thailand to complete her first yoga teacher training. Feeling there must be more to life than routine and obligation, she followed a growing inner calling. While on Koh Phangan, she met Stefan and was introduced to the Agama Yoga system. The teachings immediately touched her on a profound level, and she went on to complete the 500-hour Agama Teacher Training Course in 2024, driven by the wish to share this path with others. Ainur brings a grounded and clear energy to her teaching. Her ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple and relatable way makes her classes both engaging and meaningful for modern students.
